What is Pre-Sales?

As the name suggests, pre-sales is responsible for all the activities that happen before the actual sale of the product. Everything from being the first touch point of a potential customer, understanding the need they have from the product, designing a tailored solution using the different product features to finally making them sales ready falls under the ambit of this role. It won't be a stretch to say that a SaaS company's revenue rests on the shoulders of pre-sales.

    Learn to actively work with potential customers to help them evaluate the product.
