What is Pre-Sales?
As the name suggests, pre-sales is responsible for all the activities that happen before the actual sale of the product. Everything from being the first touch point of a potential customer, understanding the need they have from the product, designing a tailored solution using the different product features to finally making them sales ready falls under the ambit of this role. In simpler words, a SaaS company's revenue rests on the shoulders of pre-sales.

About the Instructor
Hi! I'm Sanjeev.
I'm a product manager with a background in sales, support, and marketing. During my stint as a pre-sales engineer at Freshworks, I oversaw several award-winning projects.
I strongly believe that my career in pre-sales has helped shape my career today as a product manager.
