What will I be learning?

You will be a part of a cohort-based course across two consecutive Sundays 

(August 22 and 29, 2021. ~ 2.5 hours each day)

Week 1

  • Introduction to pre-sales
    • Where does pre-sales fit in the whole customer lifecycle?
    • What is expected from a pre-sales executive?
    • How does a typical day look for a pre-sales executive?

  • Understanding the Business Problem
    • You'll learn how to engage with potential customers and understand the business problems that they're trying to solve

  • Showcasing the product
    • Learn how to showcase a product in a way that customers can understand how it will add value to them.

Week 2

  • Solutioning
    • Learn to actively work with potential customers to help them evaluate the product.

  • Go live
    • Understand the steps involved in helping a customer go live with the product.

  • Interview Preparation
    • Learn about opportunities in pre-sales and get tips to prepare for interviews.

Hi! I'm Sanjeev.

I'm a product manager with a background in sales, support, and marketing. During my stint as a pre-sales engineer at Freshworks, I oversaw several award-winning projects.

I strongly believe that my career in pre-sales has helped shape my career today as a product manager.
